Round 1 Entry Links Timetables & Important Championship Updates
Round 1 of the Championship takes place over the Easter weekend on Sunday the 20th and Monday 21st and below is all the info you need to enter the meeting. However first we want to run through some changes which we have made to the Championships following on from the feedback we received from our surveys.
We were pleased to note that most respondents thought the Championship was very well run but we received several positive suggestions which have resulted in some significant changes which should enhance the competitiveness of the series. All the changes will be reflected in the 2025 Championship conditions.
There are more changes than we have made over the last few years so we would urge everyone to update themselves on Championship Conditions, Sporting Code & Technical Regulations. Here is a summary of the main changes: Points will now be awarded as in MotoGP WSB etc.
- 1st = 25
- 2nd = 20
- 3rd = 16
- 4th = 13
- 5th = 11
- then reducing by 1pt to 15th where they will then reduce by 1 decimal point.
Championship points will now be the total number of points earned over the three races - Hopefully these changes will make for closer racing and reduce the effect of one bad race.
- Joker - This will continue but will now only add 10 points to the meeting it is played at rather than double the total points
- Practice/Qualifying competitors will now have to go out in the practice or qualifying sessions that they are registered for or a 10 second penalty will be added to the qualifying time
- Superpole - The fastest Superpole lap will now receive two additional championship points
- Supervet Championship - Saturday will now have a National Championship for the over 55’s
- Academy - The academy championship cc limit has been raised to 112cc to bring it in line with the Supermini Championship
- Gloves - Competitors are reminded that it is mandatory to wear leather or approved Kevlar gloves that cover the gap at the wrist of the leather suit.

TRANSPONDERS
We urge all regular competitors to have their own transponder, this not only saves you money, for example we renewed a competitor’s subscription for them at the warmup and it was only £70.00 for the year with AMB Mylaps . You need to make sure you have the orange MX transponder to race with us. For more advice just get in touch.
DOGS
Can we remind all competitors that a race meeting is no place for dogs, if there is no alternative to take them and the circuit allows, please ensure dogs are kept tethered at the van/motorhome/caravan and only exercise outside the race timetable when the track is not live.
